Driving Efficiency &
Sustainability in Business
Energy use is a significant cost to any business often representing a high proportion of operating expenses. Rising energy prices, regulatory requirements and customer expectations around sustainability mean businesses must take action to stay competitive.
At Tipperary Energy Agency (TEA), we help companies and SMEs reduce operating costs, improve efficiency and access funding for energy upgrades. As a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, we provide independent advice and technical expertise that gives businesses the confidence to invest in their future.
A starting point for any business is understanding how energy is used. An energy audit provides a detailed assessment of a building’s energy needs and performance, helping identify savings and shape an upgrade plan.
Our work with businesses and SMEs has included the installation of solar PV panels, LED lighting, external flood-lighting, heat pumps and insulation in offices, warehouses, other buildings and pipeworks.
