Non-domestic BER

Non-Domestic Building Energy Rating (NDBER) is a rating system used to assess the energy performance of non-domestic buildings in Ireland. The BER certificate shows the annual primary energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions associated with space heating, water heating, ventilation, lighting, and any related pumps or fans.
