Tipperary Energy Agency is governed by a Board of Directors and by the terms of the organisation’s Constitution. Tipperary Energy Agency is a non-profit company limited by guarantee (CRO: 280878).

The Board agrees the strategic direction of the organisation and the CEO and team deliver it. You can read more about Tipperary Energy Agency staff and our current Board here. (need to update this link when we have it).

There are two Board subcommittees, namely the HR Committee and Audit & Risk Committee..
